- Gait analysis + running shoe recommendation
- Periodized run schedule with coaching notes for every workout
- Race week and race day preparation 
- General nutritional and appropriate fueling advice 
- Bi-weekly coaching call

Designed for the avid runner who wants to take it to the next level and hit PR’s, injury free.
Includes:
- Gait analysis + shoe recommendation
- Periodized run schedule with coaching notes for every workout
- General nutritional and approrpriate fueling advice
- 1-2 strength workouts/week (based on gait analysis)
- Bi-weekly coaching call
Why Should Runners Lift?

Run Programming

Individualized 8-12 week run programming
Designed for the runner who does not have a race on the calendar, but could benefit from a structured schedule.
Includes:
- Gait analysis + shoe recommendation
- Periodized and individualized running program 
- Two coaching calls (30 min each)
